Shipping delicate items like vinyl records can be daunting, but with the right packaging, it doesn’t have to be. Cutting Edge Packaging Products carries a variety of sizes and styles of mailers to fit your needs, as well as fillers and boxes to ship CDs and singles. Our products are made with 32ECT corrugation (roughly equivalent to 200# test) for added strength and protection, so you can rest assured that your records will arrive safe and sound.

We have LP record mailer boxes in a pack of 15-200, so no matter how many records you need to ship, we have you covered. Our boxes are scored at .5″ and 1″ to make the required height and securely hold one to four 45 RPM albums. For added protection, we also carry filler pads in two sizes: 7″ x 7″ and 12.25″ x 12.25″. These pads fill any empty space in the box and add rigidity, so your records don’t shift during shipping. Filler pads are available with our LP mailer boxes or separately in a pack of 50 to 500.
