How can I pay for my items?
We accept PayPal, Visa Mastercard, American Express, Discover, checks* or money orders. Just click the “Add” or “Add To Cart” button next to a product of your choice. Once you have chosen all of the items you wish to purchase, just click the “Checkout” button at the bottom of any page in our site or when viewing your cart’s contents. You will be prompted by the cart program for your preferred payment option.
*Note on checks – If your payment is returned NSF (for insufficient funds) it will be re-presented electronically and a processing fee will be charged as allowed by law. Check writer is also responsible for all other collection charges including court costs and attorney’s fees.
What is PayPal?
PayPal is a third party service which accepts debit and credit cards along with checks over the Internet. Although PayPal requires payment information from you and asks that you establish an account with them, this insures the highest level of security for our customers.
Many of customers already have an account with PayPal, allowing them to purchase products from us using monies they already have in an online account.

Can I pay by credit card without using PayPal?
Yes! Just choose the credit card payment option when checking out and you will be prompted to complete a secure form.
Can I pay by debit card?
Yes, you can pay by debit card. Just choose the Credit Card payment option when prompted by the cart program. (Debit cards can be used when they have the Visa or Mastercard logo on them)
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, you can pay by check or money order. Just choose the appropriate payment option when prompted by the cart program. Then, send a check or money order along with the order to:

All personal checks will be held for 10 days prior to shipping item(s).
When will my order be shipped?
All orders are shipped the same business day* when we receive payment before 12pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday, or the next business day if received after 12pm Eastern Time.
*please note that orders are not shipped on holidays, weekends or days off for national holidays. If shipping time is a concern around a holiday, please email us @ email@example.com for more information prior to ordering.
Once we ship your item, you will receive an automated email from UPS with a tracking number and expected delivery date. (does not apply for items shipped via USPS)
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated through the shopping cart based on the items you have selected and your location. Unless otherwise noted, all items are shipped via standard ground service. You can check this cost prior to checking out by entering your zip code in the “Calculate Shipping” box and clicking on GO. This must be checked again any time the cart contents changes or quantities are changed. When checking out, the s&h costs will be automatically calculated there as well.
All items shipped via a standard ground service include free insurance and tracking and an automated email showing you when the item(s) were shipped, how to track them online and even when they are due to arrive!
Are shipping discounts available for multiple items?
Yes. Our shopping cart will automatically calculate shipping discounts for you when available! If you’re looking for pallet quantities of an item or items, contact us directly for possible freight options which could save you quite a bit on s/h.
Note: Some items, such as bubble, foam and kraft rolls are too large to qualify for a multiple item shipping discount.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all items if returned within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Once the items are received, we will refund your payment to your original payment source (e.g. credit card, PayPal) for the full amount of the products, less ALL associated shipping costs. Please note that a refused delivery will be considered a return, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs both TO and FROM your location.
Where do I get a Coupon Code?
Coupon Codes are most often offered through our newsletter mailing list, and are sent only periodically. If you do not already have a Coupon Code, then please do not ask since we do not have any to offer at this time.
